You can return your Lambs boxers up to 100 days after receiving it if you never worn them and get a 100% refund ! No questions asked.
We also offer a 30-day trial period for every first purchase. If you're not sold by day 30, you can keep the underwear and get a full refund.
You made a mistake in my order, what can be done ?
You received the wrong product, size, color ? We’re very sorry ! Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, keep the boxers and get a full refund.
How do I make a return or exchange?
It's simple: just send us an email at email@example.com to initiate your free return or exchange.
Make sure you have your order number. If you don’t know it, one tip is to try searching for “Confirmation For Order” in your email inbox.
If you need your exchange pair sooner rather than later, we suggest requesting a refund and ordering the next pair separately.
How do I make a gift exchange?
Drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org. The more information you provide about the gift giver, the better! Once we know the order number and customer information from the original order, we can request that a pre-paid return label be sent your way.
Please provide the size and color of the new pair you'd like for the exchange. Let us know the best shipping address and we can send the new pair to you directly.

In the meantime, e-mail us your posts service bill. You will get a full refund for the boxers + the return fees.
When can I expect my refund?
